ConnectUs Corp is looking for an experienced and dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor to manage our logistics functions for cellular products. This critical position is essential for ensuring the efficient delivery and management of our cellular offerings, aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute logistics strategies tailored to the dynamic cellular product sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to facilitate effective procurement and distribution.
  • Supervise customer-specific inventory management for cellular products, including demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory control strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to synchronize inventory levels with customer needs and expectations.
  • Establish and track logistics performance indicators to pinpoint inefficiencies and devise enhancement strategies.
  • Address customer service challenges related to the delivery, returns, and exchanges of devices (including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and cellular routers).
  • Work alongside IT and systems teams to utilize technology for process optimization, including the adoption of system upgrades to automate manual tasks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within the telecommunications or electronic devices sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly in cellular products or related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing and enhancing vendor and third-party service provider relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in ERP and inventory management systems, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
