Your Daily Responsibilities:


As a Records Management Analyst, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the DOD records management framework, including instructions, regulations, policies, directives, and procedures.

You will create and present records management briefings to groups, educating Command personnel on record management policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will initiate actions to fulfill various analytical and administrative tasks related to the development, implementation, and management of the Command's records management program.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical assistance in operations development and supports the J38 front office with the updating and maintenance of administrative and manpower requirements, including Records Management (RM), Knowledge Management (KM), and other Human Resource Management (HRM) functions.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the DOD records management framework, including instructions, regulations, policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Creates and delivers records management briefings to groups, informing Command personnel about record management policies and procedures.
  • Takes initiative to carry out a variety of analytical and administrative tasks involved in the development, implementation, and management of the Command's records management program.
Basic Qualifications (REQUIRED): TS/SCI with CI polygraph required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Records Management Analyst, and a High School Diploma. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (desired but not required): Experience with Workflow Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with SharePoint.
Familiarity with Joint Military Awards/Evaluation Processes.
In-depth understanding of the DoD records management framework, including instructions, regulations, policies, directives, and procedures.

Experience in developing and delivering records management briefings to groups, educating Command personnel on record management policies and procedures.

Ability to take initiative to fulfill various analytical and administrative tasks involved in the development, implementation, and management of the Command's records management program.

Military experience is preferred.
