Role Summary

Wood River Federal is in search of a dedicated Business Analyst/Instructional Designer to assist the Program Manager in overseeing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Accessibility Program. This role encompasses various project management responsibilities and the monitoring of training compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Project Plan for tasks related to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, including scheduling and tracking milestones for activities such as requirement gathering, content creation, and analysis of CMS-related documentation.
  • Create engaging presentation materials.
  • Exhibit proficiency in training authoring tools, Learning Management System (LMS) configurations, and user acceptance testing.
  • Compile Training Results and Recommendation reports to ensure compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare Training Evaluation reports utilizing the ADDIE Model to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Lead meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Support Weekly Contract Meetings by recording notes and assisting in the preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Review team documentation and deliverables to ensure quality.
  • Manage client expectations and address any client concerns effectively.
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct research on topics pertinent to the CMS Accessibility Program.
  • Create content for various Accessibility Program initiatives.
  • Maintain and develop MS Project plans.
  • Design roadmaps for program activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong background in Project Management.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Lectora and Adobe Captivate.
  • Familiarity with SCORM settings.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to assess course materials and develop relevant content.
  • Experience in delivering in-person, online, and blended training sessions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Understanding of healthcare plans and services.

Citizenship Requirements: US Citizenship is required.

Certifications: PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
