Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a wide range of financial management tasks, including the preparation of funding documentation and executing funding processes.
  • Conduct tri-annual assessments and maintain comprehensive documentation in financial management systems.
  • Monitor and analyze unexpected financial balances, conducting independent research and collaborating with government and contractor personnel.
  • Provide reconciliation assistance by overseeing financial execution data across multiple systems and ensuring data consistency.
  • Evaluate funding execution against established benchmarks and recommend adjustments to align with financial metrics.
  • Utilize historical financial data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Assist with administrative financial tasks, including organizing financial documentation and maintaining records.

Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a US citizen. Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.

Educational Background:
High School Diploma

Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of relevant financial management experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD. Familiarity with the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and related Air Force instructions, as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree coupled with 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years supporting the DoD. Experience with Joint Program Offices (JPO) and strong communication skills are highly desirable.

Regular part-time employees working 24 or more hours per week are eligible for prorated benefits.
