We are currently seeking a qualified Program Management Analyst at the Journeyman level to provide support for our program management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize analytical methodologies to assess program and project objectives.
  • Evaluate requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct management, technical, or business case evaluations.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret data pertinent to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs.
  • Monitor program and project statuses and timelines.
  • Implement government protocols for documentation, change control, and data management.
Primary Duties:
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and participate in various discussions.
  • Compile and distribute action items.
  • Maintain a database for issues and action items.
  • Collaborate with other program managers and military branches.
  • Analyze performance metrics related to programs.
  • Assist in planning activities.
  • Review program developments and track contract timelines.
  • Evaluate Total Ownership Cost and other financial considerations.
  • Offer insights and alternatives for program execution and planning.
  • Create and circulate status reports.
  • Manage media inquiries and program status updates.
  • Develop and sustain programmatic roadmaps.
  • Assess subcontractor performance in the industry.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years supporting NAVAIR programs.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
