Strategic Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Sales to lead a team of seasoned sales professionals in North America. As a leader in our Strategic segment, you will be responsible for securing new large customer spend with Vimeo in enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quota targets.
- Hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure delivery of revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with customer executives and drive effective operations and forecasting accuracy across the sales organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience working in a sales capacity.
- 4+ years of experience leading sales teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Preferred Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the digital video industry.
- Knowledge of various video buying personas such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, and HR.
- Direct experience in building out an approach to value selling.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Estimated Salary Range: $130,000 - $178,000 per year (dependent on location), plus on-target commissions.
