Account Executive Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Total Aerospace Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to tap into targeted industries in the Power & Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a formal strategic plan for identifying and cultivating industry-specific cold spray applications.
- Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, attend trade shows, and actively engage with customers to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management preferred.
- ~5+ years of senior-level sales and strategic planning experience, MBA a plus.
- ~ Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting advantageous.

- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000, with a negotiable bonus structure.
