Luminary Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to spearhead market expansion in the United States. This role will focus on driving business growth, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team in the real-world evidence (RWE) space.

About the Opportunity
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through key stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate favorable terms for the company and customers.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generating reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Prior experience in selling RWE solutions or related healthcare technology services is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare providers, and payer organizations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
