Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Project Engineer to join our widely respected and diverse Transportation Division in our Northeast office locations. As a full-time member of our 100% employee-owned team, you will embark on a career filled with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a team of multidisciplinary engineers to develop transportation project plans for public infrastructure projects.
  • Lead the development of transportation project plans, including roadway alignment design and 3D modeling, grading and drainage design, pavement design, utilities, stormwater design, quantities, specifications, and contract documents for State DOT and Municipal projects throughout the East Coast.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Licensed P.E. required.
  • 5-10 years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
  • Business Development Experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team, develop and maintain client relations, meet project demands and schedules.
