Compensation:

$85,000 - $160,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads for potential clients to establish a robust client base.
  • Engage in training sessions designed to enhance real estate knowledge and refine sales skills.
  • Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are successfully arranged.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards objectives.
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads, effectively converting them into new clients.
  • Utilize a CRM system to ensure accurate and updated customer information.
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate consistency and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
  • To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a valid Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for successful client interactions.
  • This role includes commission opportunities as part of the overall compensation package.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
