Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
- Seek new business through phone outreach (approximately 80 calls daily), networking, and various lead sources.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
- Cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
- Reach out to businesses and individuals via phone to promote products, services, and referral programs.
- Inform clients about the insurance policies that best meet their requirements.
Qualifications
Licensing: An active insurance agent license in the state of Arkansas is required or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. We will cover all licensing and study materials and provide a bonus for successful licensing.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the capacity to work independently.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy in completing documentation and paperwork.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
