Compensation:

$85,000 - $160,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads for prospective clients to establish a robust client base.
  • Engage in training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and refining sales skills.
  • Diligently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully arranged.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential homebuyers to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards objectives.
  • Handle inquiries from qualified leads, effectively converting them into new clients.
  • Utilize a CRM system to maintain accurate and updated customer information.
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients.
  • Exhibit consistency and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License or active pursuit of one is required for this position.
  • Previous sales experience is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
  • This role includes commission opportunities as part of the overall compensation package.
