Key Responsibilities

- Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.

- Actively seek new business through phone outreach (approximately 80 calls daily), networking, and various lead sources.

- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.

- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and more.

- Generate new business through leads and referrals.

- Reach out to businesses and individuals via phone to promote products, services, and referral programs.

- Guide clients in selecting the insurance policies that best meet their needs.


Qualifications

Licensing: An active insurance agent license in the state of Arkansas is required or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. All licensing and study materials will be covered, along with a bonus for obtaining the license.

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Self-Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a robust work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
