We are currently seeking a dedicated property supervisor for a residential community. The ideal candidate will possess prior management experience and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the collection of rent and payments from residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
  • Adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws, promoting equal housing opportunities.
  • Issue notices for late payments and violations of community rules.
  • Represent the company in court proceedings related to evictions, ensuring all documentation is prepared promptly.
  • Conduct daily financial deposits during the first ten days of each month.
  • Show available properties to prospective tenants.
  • Inspect vacant units with maintenance staff to identify necessary repairs and schedule readiness for new occupants.
  • Oversee the move-in and move-out processes for residents, including lease agreements and deposit verification.
  • Supervise maintenance and refurbishment operations.
  • Provide occasional training to fellow managers.

Required Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Sales/Leasing: 3 years (Preferred).
  • Property Management: 3 years (Preferred).

Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit professionalism, initiative, and sound judgment.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including property management and accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle legally.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Background check is required.
