Position Overview:

  • Facilitates the proposal development process in partnership with academic staff
  • Evaluates budget proposals, comprehends submission criteria, and identifies potential issues
  • Collaborates with Post-Award Analysts to ensure effective fund oversight and adherence to regulations
  • Conducts training sessions and orientation for newly hired personnel

Department Overview:

  • Enhances the research initiatives within the Orthopaedic Surgery department
  • Offers essential infrastructure and administrative assistance for research endeavors

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with research administration policies and procedures
  • Proficient in managing financial transactions, utilizing financial software, and ensuring compliance
