Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the preparation and submission of grant applications, ensuring timely deadlines and accurate information.
- Manage and maintain grant records, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication with donors.
- Provide administrative support to the Grant Management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of grant strategies, including research and analysis of funding opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, grant management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
