Department Overview

The Human Resources division collaborates with the visionaries behind DISH's distinctive brand of innovation. From sourcing and nurturing the company’s rich talent pool to navigating the complex legal framework, our HR professionals contribute their unique creativity to foster positive change within the organization and their careers.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Operations Associate acts as the primary contact for all staff and management, creating meaningful interactions that ensure employees feel appreciated. This role involves addressing employee queries on various topics, including DISH policies, benefits enrollment, paid time off, employee communications, COBRA, and retirement options.

The essential duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing timely and clear responses to HR inquiries, aiming for a one-touch resolution.
  • Guiding employees through self-service options using the HRCM tool.
  • Engaging with DISH employees to deliver personalized experiences tailored to their specific needs.
  • Advocating for employees by collaborating with internal teams such as HR Business Partners, generalists, payroll, and leadership to address gaps in the employee experience.
  • Proactively identifying customer needs to maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Responding to inquiries efficiently via phone, email, service tickets, and chat applications.
  • Assisting with on-site tasks as required.
  • Representing the DISH Way with pride.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in our Englewood, CO location.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in HR operations, service delivery, customer service, or employee service center.
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Capable of writing routine reports and business correspondence.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in individual and group settings.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Aptitude for interacting with all levels of organizational staff.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Meeting all performance expectations, including applicable metrics and productivity standards.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour
