HR Service Center Specialist

The HR Service Center Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the strategic initiatives of Global Medical Response Inc. by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the pre-employment process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees via various communication channels.
- Initiate and follow up on required pre-employment screenings, including drug testing and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with I-9 documents, legal name changes, and new employee folders.
- Assist with HRIS data updates and research discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with established Air-Evac policies and procedures.
- File and maintain employee records in accordance with departmental policy.
- Work on special projects and perform other job-related duties as needed.
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- MS Office Suite experience and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
