Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Configuration: Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain solutions with limited direction.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver project assignments of medium to high complexity, including application design, configuration build, and technical requirements translation.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with the customer user community in a courteous and professional manner to secure business requirements and perform technical requirements translation.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate peer reviews of single facility or application-focused configuration work to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Application Management: Manage product lifecycle management, end-user enhancement requests of moderate to high complexity, and technical aspects of assigned modules/applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide administrative, application configuration, or coordinate with Software Development Engineers for code development, performs unit and integration testing for small to medium complex projects or functional areas of larger projects or programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst type role, with expertise in the Oncology space, specifically with Varian or Elekta.
  • Skills: Excellent writing/documentation and communication skills, fast learner, quality consciousness, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of systems and application development in Healthcare, experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies, and experience with lab or point-of-care support applications.
