TAT (Truckers Against Trafficking) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the trucking, bus, and energy sectors to identify and respond to human trafficking for victim recovery. Our mission involves disseminating our message throughout these industries, collaborating with law enforcement and governmental bodies to facilitate investigations, and mobilizing resources from our partners to combat this crime. To effectively promote justice and assist in victim recovery, we recognize the importance of incorporating diverse perspectives and skill sets. Systems Operations Specialist: [40 hr./week]

The Systems Operations Specialist will engage in daily interactions with TAT team members and occasionally liaise with external stakeholders and partners. This role involves actively shaping and maintaining our Salesforce platform while synthesizing and inputting data to support various programs across the organization. Additionally, the Specialist will contribute to the development and upkeep of technology-related systems, including TAT's public reporting page and the educational portal on LearnWorlds. The primary objective for the Systems Operations Specialist is to enhance TAT's efficiency and data reporting while managing, maintaining, and streamlining the diverse systems and platforms utilized daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Stay informed on data management trends and proactively streamline processes.
  • Assist with the TAT Education Portal learning management system (built on LearnWorlds).
  • Conduct monthly user reconciliations on LearnWorlds.
  • Perform data entry of users from LearnWorlds into the Salesforce database.
  • Generate and analyze reports for various stakeholders.
  • Support the reconciliation of training numbers to accurately reflect impact across North America.
  • Integrate data from the Portal, Salesforce, and TAT Trained page.
  • Automate and connect systems between Salesforce, the TAT LearnWorlds portal, and the TAT Trained registration page.
  • Collaborate with the Data Administration Specialist to enhance and customize Salesforce to meet TAT's evolving needs.

Administrative/Data Entry/IT Support

  • Create and manage accounts, contacts, campaigns, and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Conduct audits of carrier and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to verify training numbers across multiple platforms.
  • Log reported numbers from TAT training companies into Salesforce.
  • Train TAT staff on updates and changes in Salesforce.
  • Perform data cleanup for account and contact entries in Salesforce.
  • Work with the Director of Finance and Corporate Engagement Manager to manage and track corporate sponsor benefits and employee contributions in Salesforce.
  • Provide general IT support to TAT staff, including assistance with Google Admin, Salesforce Admin, and software implementation on various devices.
  • Help streamline document storage and resource systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.).
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • A strong commitment to combating human trafficking (background knowledge preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential; familiarity with Salesforce administration is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide IT support across Apple and PC platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • High initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently without a traditional office environment.
