About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Executive to join our team in Center City Philadelphia. As a Full-Cycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, managing the sales process from initial contact to close, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including negotiation and closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or consultative sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
