Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Digital Solutions Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling web design and digital services to mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell web design and digital marketing services to mid-market customers in various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, and education.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, VP Marketing, COOs, and CEOs.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to educate clients and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • A hunter mentality and a track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • A marketing mindset and expertise in modern hunting techniques and tools, such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools, such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a hunter/farmer who is independent and self-motivated to sell technology solutions to a mid to large company market segment.
  • The candidate should have a very successful background in consultative sales and marketing to senior business executives and C-level IT management.
  • Other critical qualities include highly developed presentation, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology experience.
  • Large deal management experience.
  • High ethical and professional standards.
