Key Responsibilities:- Office Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Mail and Delivery Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials, such as brochures and forms.
- Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Visitor Management: Maintain accurate records of visitor information and issue visitor badges as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
