Administrative Coordinator for Executive Team

Job Summary:
STRIVE, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior executive team. This role requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and debriefing sessions to ensure seamless follow-up action.
- Manage and coordinate calendars for personal and business events.
- Oversee email management, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate with family members and spouses to meet their needs.
- Assist with errands, appointments, and reservations for family members.
- Provide administrative support for personal and business needs.
- Manage and coordinate business and personal travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Handle daily business transactions, including financial management and bookkeeping.
- Oversee office management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide support to the executive team during off-hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in executive support roles, with a strong track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
