Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide essential support to our team at Curate Corp Voice. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office systems to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Oversee general office operations, including procurement, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meeting logistics, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and setting up technology for presentations or virtual meetings.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Senior Staff Support: Provide administrative support to executives, including managing expense reports, coordinating personal tasks, and handling confidential information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
