Job Summary:
CornerStone Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unlock the front office door each morning and lock it at the end of the day.
- Retrieve office mail from the mail room, date stamp it, and distribute it to the appropriate Manager and staff.
- Answer all incoming phone calls and manage the front desk station.
- Initiate the new application process, review application letters, print DCAD sheets, assign log numbers, and forward all information to assigned agents.
- Assist with the creation of Active File reports and issue log numbers.
- Create file folders for both Senior Right Away agents and Relocation Specialists.
- Assist in retrieving information from DCAD for agents.
- Aid in researching Deeds and Resolutions to determine how the City acquired properties.
- Assist in verifying Council Districts for agents.
- Prepare Deposit forms for all income lease rental checks and post lease payments to Accounts Receivable reports.
- Support the License Division by printing, folding, and stuffing envelopes as needed.
- Provide support to other Administrative Team members with various tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business, Public Administration, Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
