About the Role:

We are in search of a proactive and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in the engineering division, playing a significant part in the successful execution of water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Mechanical Engineering and be well-versed in Procore, P6, Microsoft Office, and RFI methodologies. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, the selected individual will be prepared to tackle the challenges of leading and managing projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Engineer, your duties will include:

1. Overseeing and directing engineering projects, particularly within the water and wastewater domain, from conception through to completion.
2. Leveraging your expertise in Procore, P6, and Microsoft Office to enhance project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes.
3. Formulating and sustaining project timelines, cost projections, and status updates.
4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, designers, and clients.
5. Evaluating and endorsing engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
6. Utilizing your RFI expertise to address complex engineering challenges and enhance project results.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks across all projects.
8. Mentoring junior engineers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. At least 2 years of experience in project engineering, ideally within the water and wastewater sector.
3. Proficiency in Procore, P6, Microsoft Office, and RFI.
4. Strong project management capabilities, with a proven history of leading and executing successful engineering projects.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
7. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
8. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
