Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft robust and scalable back-end solutions using Go, focusing on REST API development, SQL database management, unit testing, and thorough design documentation.
  • Bring a wealth of experience in software development and engineering methodologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Go programming.
  • Develop and validate software in accordance with specified requirements and designs.
  • Evaluate and dissect complex system specifications.
  • Create software tools and subsystems to promote reusability and enhance software development processes.
  • Apply sound engineering principles to ensure code is maintainable, efficient, reliable, and fault-tolerant.
  • Oversee software process management and control throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Software Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Go development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in designing, developing, and documenting REST API endpoints.
  • Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; alternative employment options may be available that could result in different compensation.
