Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. Your primary duties will include registering guests, handling payments, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Verify guest information, process registrations, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, maintain a house bank, and make deposits as required.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel facilities and services, and promote our hotel's amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure a secure environment for guests' valuables.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional guest service.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. You will be required to stand for long periods, move around the hotel, and use computer equipment to perform your duties.
