Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Retail Operations Supervisor is to manage and oversee all aspects of their designated location, ensuring effective representation in the marketplace.

This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture while effectively leading all team members.

The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with achieving all business targets set for the team, while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.


Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Drives performance to achieve and surpass established objectives.
  • Manages all recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for their location, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
  • Maintains optimal staffing levels and controls labor costs for their assigned site.
  • Utilizes HRIS promptly for all employee-related actions and documentation, including scheduling.
  • Proactively communicates any issues or requirements to the District Manager, collaborating to resolve challenges.
  • Fosters a positive and open work environment for team members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generates new leads and business opportunities for all locations by leveraging marketing KPIs to attract new clientele.
  • Oversees lead follow-up processes and initial customer interactions through the front desk team.
  • Manages controllable expenses within budgetary limits, including forecasting, tracking, and ordering supplies, while seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handles social media content for the store and individual media platforms, utilizing provided branding materials and guidance from the District Manager.
  • Engages in promotional initiatives or events to enhance visibility for their location.
  • Creates and oversees the employee schedule for all location staff.
  • Conducts timely and constructive performance reviews.
  • Monitors play areas and is familiar with all pets in the facility to ensure safety and appropriate daily assignments.
  • Ensures a clean and safe environment by adhering to cleaning protocols, maintaining industry-leading cleanliness standards.
  • Aims for the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
