  • Oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-centered care during evening operations.
  • Support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
  • Assist in integrating evidence-based practices into daily operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage the surgical schedule effectively.
  • Participate in planning and facilitating perioperative patient care.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for new staff.
  • Ensure availability of necessary staff, equipment, and supplies.
  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to the team.

  • Oversee the Sterile Processing area and collaborate with the team regarding scheduling and instrumentation.
  • Engage in quality review and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in perioperative services.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings.
  • Exposure to various health and safety risks associated with the role.
