Regional Sales Director

We're seeking a Strategic Regional Sales Manager who is ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic. This individual will be responsible for articulating our value proposition and executing on proven sales processes. They will be accountable for meeting leading indicators and will be expected to build strong, enduring relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization
- Forecast and hit sales targets
- 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations
- Experience working with at least one earlier-stage startup organization
- Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals
- Success selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch
- Experience selling through a channel motion
- Able to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions
- Background using MEDDIC
