Join Our Team as a Cell Therapy Sales Leader

At Danaher Corporation, we're committed to advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. As a Cell Therapy Sales Leader, you'll play a critical role in driving our business forward by leading a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed regional sales and order targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and meet or exceed regional sales and order targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share in existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with Genomic Medicine Account Management teams, Field Application Scientists, and other OpCos to identify opportunities and drive Design-In of Cytiva Cell Therapy products.
  • Provide critical insight on customer Cell Therapy manufacturing processes to support the development of solutions that meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Lead funnel reviews and ensure reporting of all business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to OpCo management through a CRM.
  • Provide voice of customer (VOC) and applications feedback to product development teams.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience and/or people leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience selling consultative complex services or solutions to the biopharma industry.
  • Prior knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy clinical modalities, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, and GMP.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, manage, and retain leading sales professionals.
  • Solid track record of sales team exceeding targets and building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Competitive salary range of $180k-$200k.
