Administrative Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an Office Manager to oversee various administrative functions within our organization.
LocationPosition available in a dynamic work environment.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time role with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and streamline office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, payroll, personnel management, and information systems.
- Ensure efficient workflow through effective use of software applications.
- Develop resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Establish standardized correspondence procedures and maintain uniformity in documentation.
- Formulate strategies for systematic record management, including retention and disposal.
- Design office layout and manage budgetary considerations to optimize space and resources.
- Review and maintain accuracy in clerical and personnel records.
- Prepare reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Coordinate activities across various clerical departments.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles within an office or related environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of office procedures and contract administration.
- Proficient in financial reporting processes and systems.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
