Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Office Manager to oversee various administrative functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and streamline office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, payroll, personnel management, and information systems.
  • Ensure efficient workflow through effective use of software applications.
  • Develop resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish standardized correspondence procedures and maintain uniformity in documentation.
  • Formulate strategies for systematic record management, including retention and disposal.
  • Design office layout and manage budgetary considerations to optimize space and resources.
  • Review and maintain accuracy in clerical and personnel records.
  • Prepare reports to assist management in decision-making.
  • Coordinate activities across various clerical departments.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles within an office or related environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office procedures and contract administration.
  • Proficient in financial reporting processes and systems.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
