  • Mentorship: Spend 35% of your time cooking and mentoring staff daily.
  • Client Management: Establish and maintain food quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • Culinary Arts Degree with at least five years of cooking experience required. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of cooking experience.
  • At least five years of management experience.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Director/top-of-account experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Experience performing administrative duties.
  • Proven track record in culinary excellence.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Team-oriented leadership style.
  • Creativity and innovation in culinary practices.
