The club features a variety of amenities such as a private beach, upscale hotel, golf course, tennis facilities, marinas, dining options, spa, salon, fitness center, theater, aviary, and observatory.

Position: Guest Services Operations Supervisor

Role Summary: The Guest Services Operations Supervisor is essential in guiding team members to meet operational goals that align with the vision of Fisher Island Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold exceptional standards of member and guest services
  • Ensure smooth operations to optimize accommodation availability while preventing overbooking
  • Oversee front office documentation for precision and adherence to club policies
  • Manage payroll and departmental expenses within budgetary constraints
  • Facilitate effective communication with various internal departments
  • Develop and oversee staff schedules and training programs
  • Resolve member and guest inquiries related to services and billing

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a Club/Hotel/Resort environment
  • Strong organizational and communication capabilities
  • Financial acumen for payroll management
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
  • Commitment to a guest-service-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
