About the Role

Action Property Management is seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the HOA management industry.

This is a full-time position based in Irvine, with a balance of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in HOA management or real estate a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend client sales presentations and provide expert insights to drive new business opportunities.
  2. Research and engage with developers and clients to gain a deep understanding of new communities and projects.
  3. Initiate and manage calls with prospective clients, assessing their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  4. Prepare marketing materials and conduct follow-up tours to showcase Action Property Management's capabilities.
  5. Track and develop client leads, collaborating with the sales team to drive new business.
  6. Collaborate on RFP responses and provide input on sales strategy to drive growth and expansion.
  7. Manage sales and marketing data using CRM systems, analyzing data to inform strategy and forecast future sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in marketing and business development.
  • Experience in HOA management or real estate a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events.
