Business Development Manager Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Invictus Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the local sales department in creating and monitoring target accounts and relationships. Your key objectives will include hunting new business, bringing in new accounts, and executing Master Service Agreements. You will also be responsible for building trusting and professional relationships with clients, meeting with clients and account managers, and ensuring all accounts are looked after and maintained. Additionally, you will supervise and manage regional salespeople, follow up on complaints and queries, and promote new services and products to clients. You will also be responsible for reporting to senior management on the status of your accounts and taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts. Furthermore, you will monitor and identify market trends, competitors, and new sales leads to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the local sales department in creating and monitoring target accounts and relationships
Hunt new business and bring in new accounts
Execute Master Service Agreements
Build trusting and professional relationships with clients
Meet with clients and account managers
Ensure all accounts are looked after and maintained
Supervise and manage regional salespeople
