Position Overview


As a vital member of our team, the College Access Coordinator will play a crucial role in recruiting first-generation students from underrepresented backgrounds to enroll in and successfully complete their college education.

In this position, you will actively foster relationships within the community, engaging with students and their families to provide essential information and resources that promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about connecting with youth and firmly believe in the potential of every student to achieve a college degree.

  • You will engage with young individuals, particularly those in late middle school and high school.
  • Plan and execute events while overseeing all aspects of project management.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking, to effectively convey information.
  • Analyze and report on data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Organize and energize recruitment events that inspire students.
  • Demonstrate innovation and a results-oriented mindset.


This role requires a commitment to supporting our students, with availability Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (including a one-hour lunch break) and occasional weekends.

The salary range for this position is $64,480-$80,500, with specific compensation determined by experience.
