The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc. is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Crisis Response team in Manchester, NH.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $$62,000-$82,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and referral services in collaboration with our on-call psychiatrist and the ED healthcare team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

A Master's degree in clinical social work, psychology, or a related field is required. A valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance are also necessary.
