Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless interactions between clients and the agency. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of their interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client policies, including policy changes and renewals.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination with clients.
- Education: Some college or commensurate experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in CRM software.
Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
