Job Title: Account Executive

Our client, a leading provider of water purification solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the affordable housing market by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and creating and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the affordable housing market, including housing developers, property management companies, and government agencies.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our solutions in the affordable housing context.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the affordable housing sector, real estate, or a related industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and established connections within the affordable housing sector.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for affordable housing and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
