POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Directors, Associate Directors, Scientific Directors, Project Managers, and fellow Project Coordinators within the department. This position is essential for organizing and facilitating virtual working groups and provides assistance to the Vice President and Executive Directors of each consortium within the organization. The role encompasses communication, coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and manage virtual and in-person meetings
  • Coordinate tasks related to action items
  • Organize and maintain project documentation
  • Assist with both internal and external communications
  • Update and manage member rosters
  • Monitor project expenditures
  • Arrange travel logistics as necessary
  • Coordinate offsite meetings
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements
  • Adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Document and share lessons learned
  • Support company-wide administrative functions

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least two years of administrative experience
  • Experience in healthcare organizations is preferred
