Administrative Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data
- Draft and send proposals to clients
- Process invoices and accounts receivable
- Handle accounts payable and maintain accurate records
- Scan and copy administrative paperwork
- Perform light accounting tasks and maintain financial records
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in a service industry
- Basic accounting skills for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of computerized design programs, such as Sketchup, is a plus
