Job OverviewHomeliving Network LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in the Chantilly, VA showroom location. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of phone calls, managing customer data, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data
  • Draft and send proposals to clients
  • Process invoices and accounts receivable
  • Handle accounts payable and maintain accurate records
  • Scan and copy administrative paperwork
  • Perform light accounting tasks and maintain financial records

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a service industry
  • Basic accounting skills for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Knowledge of computerized design programs, such as Sketchup, is a plus
