Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our front desk and daily school operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable with technology, and be willing to float between classrooms to help out as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide excellent customer service to families and staff
  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the school
  • Schedule and coordinate with vendors and maintenance services
  • Manage snack and supply inventories
  • Create welcome and tour packets
  • Maintain student files
  • Provide classroom support as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team and take pride in your work
