Job Summary

Raines Co. is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with inquiries, check-in/check-out, and room reservations in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality, addressing guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest charges, collect payments, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Handle guest mail and messages with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs, including travel programs and special offers.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk assistance.
  • Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or other guest services preferred.
  • Experience with brand or property-specific PMS, Quore, PBX, and other hotel-related systems preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, and ability to multitask and interact with people under pressure.
