Job Overview

The Schochet Companies seek a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and take on new challenges.

In this capacity, you will oversee all aspects of apartment leasing, including coordinating with our Compliance department to ensure compliance with HUD regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing rental agreements, and conducting unit inspections.

Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with residents, colleagues, and external partners. A key aspect of this role is providing assistance to the Property Manager as required and contributing to a positive working environment.
