Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering Operations to join our team in this critical role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing engineering operations and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve asset performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects and initiatives.
2. Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to ensure cost-effective solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
4. Manage and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure excellent technical support and service delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering operations or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
