Job DescriptionAssistant Property Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at Fresh Pond Apartments, a 500+ family apartment community in Cambridge, MA.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can manage the property and supervise a large staff when the Property Manager is not available.

The successful candidate will have a background with Section 8 housing and relevant experience in property management, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Certified Occupancy Specialist or equivalent is required, with additional IREM certifications preferred.
