Overview

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is a leading provider of real estate services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Site Maintenance Engineer to join our team.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. They will also be tasked with implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure that equipment and systems meet or exceed their rated life.


About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and experience working with industrial systems.


Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
  • Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required
